Is this a chatbot?

No. A chatbot runs one set of instructions and forgets you when the chat ends. MagicBlocks adapts the playbook to where the conversation is — different stages, same engine — remembers leads across channels and time, and can check each reply with a separate AI when you turn that on.

How long does it remember a lead?

As long as you want it to. The lead's profile is the memory — not a chat window that resets. It can pick up a conversation from three weeks, three months, or three years ago. Limited only by your data retention policy.

Do I need a CRM?

No — but it works better with one. Native integrations with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and others let the AI see lead history in real time. Without a CRM, it still works. It just has less to remember.

Can we edit the instructions?

Yes. Edit the instructions, version them, roll them out. We surface what's working and what isn't — your team picks what to change.

What channels do you cover?
