Customer Success Specialist

Location: Remote · Full-Time

MagicBlocks helps businesses capture more revenue with AI Sales Agents that persuade, not just respond. Our no-code platform blends persuasion psychology with automation so no lead is ever dropped.

This role blends Customer Success, documentation, and QA. You’ll become a product expert, help users via the help desk, keep our Help Center sharp, and report bugs clearly to our developers.

What you’ll do

  • Technical enough to become an expert in MagicBlocks.
  • Help customers via help desk, chat, and email with excellent written English.
  • Guide users through setup, onboarding, and best-practice adoption.
  • In downtimes, be able to keep the documentation up to date and improve.
  • Be able to report any bugs to the developers when they come up.
 

What you’ll bring

  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to become a MagicBlocks product expert quickly.
  • Strong English (written & spoken) for seamless, empathetic support.
  • Documentation skills to create and maintain clear, concise guides.
  • Detail-orientation and ownership mindset; you spot issues and ship fixes.
  • Comfort with SaaS tooling, ticketing, and collaboration platforms.

Nice to have:

  • SaaS Customer Success/Support experience
  • QA or bug reporting background
  • Interest in AI, chatbots, or no-code tools
