How do I track my referrals / clients?

When do I get paid?
Monthly. Affiliate payouts and agency payouts both on the same monthly schedule.
What's the difference between affiliate and agency?
Affiliate: you refer, customer signs up directly with us, you earn recurring. Agency: you build and set up for the client, bill them for the project, run the setup, and also earn recurring on the subscription.
Can I be both?
Yes — some partners refer when the fit is light, build when the fit is heavy.
What support do partners get?
Affiliates: marketing assets, performance dashboard, partner-channel support. Agencies: dedicated CSM, certification training, technical onboarding for new client setups, co-branded materials, escalation for production issues.
What's the cap on the affiliate $150/month?
$150/month per referral. Refer ten paying customers and you earn up to $1,500/month recurring.
Is the agency project pricing flexible?
Project pricing is set by you with your client. The $5K–$15K+ is a typical range based on what existing partners charge. We don't set or enforce your project pricing.
Do you compete with my agency?
No. We don't go direct to end clients in your sectors when you're an active agency partner. Direct customers come in through our team; clients who come through you stay with you.
How long until I see recurring revenue?
Affiliate: first commission on the customer's first paid month. Agency: project payment immediately, recurring kicks in on the client's first paid subscription month after onboarding (typically 14–30 days from contract signed).
Can I white-label MagicBlocks?
Not today — MagicBlocks is the AI our partners set up, not a white-label product. We may revisit this for top-tier agency partners; talk to us if it's deal-blocking.
